Elysiants is an exclusive, online social network for young people accustomed to luxury and style and by complying with this privacy policy both you and Elysiants can uphold the status and exclusivity of Elysiants´ website.
1. Information you provide
a. When becoming a member of, and opening an account on Elysiants´ website, you will be requested to provide information such as your true name and contact details (residential address, e-mail address), birth date and a password.
b. Once you are registered as a member of Elysiants´ website, you can edit your profile information and/or the information available on your personal page at any time. Please keep your real name in your profile, and not an alias. You can choose which information you wish you to include in your public profile (which is available to all members) and which information to include in your private profile (which is only available to members you are connected with). Your full name will however always be available in your public profile.
You can also change settings through your profile such as the visibility of connected members, the visibility of certain contact details of connected members, the visibility of your profile when perusing other member´s profiles. Please be aware that the information you provide in your profile and/or on your personal page can become available to a large amount of people (if you choose to make this available), therefore choose carefully which information you want to make public.
c. One of Elysiants´ facilities is that it provides a corporate page for advertisers in the high end of the market on which they can place information about, and advertisements for their products and/or services. You can connect with the advertisers through the website. The advertiser may send you commercial mailings with regard to the products and/or services you are interested in. You may unsubscribe from such mailings at all times.
d. You may post and/or upload information which is personally identifiable on Elysiants´ forums. Please choose carefully which information you submit, other members may misuse it. Elysiants is not responsible for the information you submit on its forums.
e. Minors (under the age of 18, or the age pursuant to the applicable law) are not entitled to become a member of Elysiants´ website. During the registration procedure, you will be requested to provide your date of birth in order to verify your age.
2. Other Members' Information
a. When perusing other member´s profiles or when connecting with another member you will gain access to their personal information. Please use this information with utmost care and do not misuse it, for example by providing it to other persons without their consent. Members that you are connected with may however view the public profiles of other connected members, unless you choose to deactivate this option.
b. You may add personally identifiable information to connected members´ contact details. Such information will only be visible and accessible to you. You are requested not to provide any such information to other members without the concerning member´s prior consent. Elysiants shall not provide such information to any other person.
c. You are requested to refrain from sending unsolicited messages, such as spam, chain letters and junk-emails to other members.
3. How Elysiants uses information provided
a. Elysiants shall only use your personal information for the purpose of performing the membership agreement between you and Elysiants. Elysiants may provide your personal information to third parties, but only for this same purpose. We may for example provide your details to your credit card company for the purpose of making the requested payment. Third parties receiving your personal information shall not use such information for any other purpose either. Elysiants may have to provide your personal information to third parties if this is required by the law, government regulations and/or judicial order.
b. Elysiants shall send you e-mailings on a regular basis with information, updates and news concerning our website. d. You are entitled to view and request Elysiants to correct, remove and/or complete the personal information registered with Elysiants. e. You may unsubscribe from Elysiants´ website at all times by following the unsubscribe procedure on the website. Elysiants shall remove your personal information from the website so that it is no longer publicly available. Elysiants may however retain your information for its own administration, i.e. to verify credit card account information, but will not do so longer than is necessary.
4. Howe we use other information
